General Information
• Aloha Home Market is held rain or shine at a covered lot at 25 Maluniu Avenue, Kailua.
• The lot covering is water-resistant, which is why we require exhibitors to bring a tent in case of rain.
• The event starts at 8:30 am and all merchandise must be set up no later than 8 am (late set-ups will be denied access for safety reasons).
• Set up begins at 6:00 am and is staggered. Load-in time slots will be sent to all exhibitors in advance.

Exhibitor Information (Non-Food):
• Exhibitor booth space is $200 per event (discounts available if you purchase multiple events, see below)
• All exhibitors will be provided a 10’x16’ showcase space (a little larger than a parking spot.
• All exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, décor, tent, fire extinguisher, extension cord if you require power, trash can, etc.
• If you need electricity let us know ASAP and we will follow up with any requirements or extra cost.
• New 14-gauge extension cords will be required
• All booths must bring a trash can and dispose of all trash in and around your booth area.  Dumpster is available at parking site.
• A fire extinguisher is required for all exhibitors.
• Booth location will be assigned 2 weeks prior to event. Please let us know if you have special requests.
• Booth location and additional event info will be sent out 2 weeks prior to event.
• All Exhibitors agree to complete a survey report after the event as provided by AHM.
• Exhibitors to participate in the Aloha Home Market, at their own risk. The Aloha Home Market is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of exhibitors’ artwork, personal items, or display materials and equipment and AHM assumes no liability.
• Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booth clean and in a safe manner at all times.
• Please be creative with your booth. Make it look and feel “homey,” welcoming, and inviting.

• Three (3) Months: $450 (comes out to $150/month
